Okay, I’m in! The RSS subscriptions on eJabs is something I’ve been wanting to improve for some time now.
Enter…The Feed Link Train!
Originally I found this meme on GarryConn.com and saw that he had found the original post at Madhur Kapoor’s Blog.
***Update: This meme apparently was not started by Madhur but by BobMeetsWorld, and was originally called “Feed My Feed”. Sorry about that Bob…but I have returned the credit to you, and have updated my links…*** 
This new Blog Link game is gaining popularity in the blogosphere. Unlike the previous games which focused on getting backlinks, this one is going to help you to gain more RSS Feed Readers. Here’s how to play:
- Subscribe to the feeds already in this blog post
- Create a Feed Link Train post on your blog
- Copy & paste the names already in the list into your blog post
- Add your name and your RSS Feed Link to the chain
- Add the names and feeds of the 3 other blogs which you would like to include
All the blogs mentioned in the chain are worth reading so do add them to your feeds and spread the word around.

Sweet K…let me know how it works for you. I haven’t seen much increase yet. My RSS subs have increased lately, but it’s because of a recent article being very popular.
PS…I just reloaded my home PC with PCLinuxOS! Just got done loading it about an hour ago…so far I love it.
What About Bob?
Yes… this was an error on my part. I corrected this too on my post and felt terrible about not seeing that Bob was the creator! To make matters worse, I was experiencing high comment volume as well as dealing with comments getting batched into spam moderation…
Bob was trying to contact me about this and he probably felt ignored for a few days! I finally did get in contact with him and explained what had happened and told him how terrible I felt. All is good now!
It can be hard to keep meme credit belonging to its original owners. All it takes is one person to make a mistake…but the effects can spread like wildfire!
They sure do… The Technorati Faves Exchange was and still is nuts! I have had over 100 requests to have sites added to this list… The whole time I could never keep up!
It was taking so much time, I had to put it on the back burner and move on… But these blog games do work, sometimes!
Doesn’t seem to be much grey area… either they do and do well or they don’t.
